Résumé
This pilot study explores the wellbeing of teachers working in refugee camp and host community schools in Garissa and Turkana counties. It examines workload pressures, psychosocial stressors, resource constraints, and coping mechanisms. Findings reveal significant emotional fatigue but also highlight resilience strategies, including peer support networks and community-driven initiatives.
