Abstract
This cross-sectional study assesses handwashing practices and determinants among refugees in Kenya and Uganda. It identifies barriers and facilitators to hand hygiene, including access to water, sanitation facilities, soap availability, and hygiene knowledge, with implications for public health interventions in humanitarian crises.
