| dc.description.abstract | The Regional Education Learning Initiative (RELI) is a member-led network of organisations in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania working towards addressing the challenges that affect the education sector in the East Africa region. Organizations from other countries may join RELI, moving forward. RELI’s long-term goal is to empower its members to become effective, and influential organizations, as guided by collective values . RELI goal is achieved through (i) Transforming organisations to become high functioning vehicles of regional change, (ii) Creating evidence of what is working to improve learning outcomes and inclusivity in education, (iii) Collectively engaging policy through collaborating with policymakers and influencers to achieve a brighter future for our region’s children, and, (iv) Generating primary data to create and inform the evidence synthesis, and respond to demand for data by policymakers. | |
