dc.description.abstractAfrican Population and Health Research Center (APHRC) in collaboration with the Center for Effective Global Action (CEGA) at the University of California – Berkeley, implemented a short course training in implementation research (IR) with emphasis on infectious diseases. This course is among the suite of interventions under the larger NIH-funded collaborative endeavor led by the Regents of the University of California titled, Infectious Disease in East Africa: a Behavioral and Economic Research Collaborative (IDEA-BERC) whose aim was to address the social, behavioral, and economic dimensions of infectious disease through application of IR. Hesborn will be presenting the evaluation findings at the Global Implementation Science (GIS) conference in Houston, Texas on May 28, 2024. Your feedback during his BBP would strengthen the work in preparation for the conferencen_US
