Abstract
The blog summarizes the East Africa Regional Policy Dialogue on non-communicable diseases (NCDs), where stakeholders from Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania discussed coordinated strategies to address the growing NCD crisis. It outlines key insights from APHRC and ATNi research on nutrition and health, highlights the challenges posed by unhealthy food environments, and presents practical recommendations to strengthen NCD policy, financing, and regulatory frameworks across the region.
