This article examines mental health outcomes among sexually and gender diverse adolescents in Indonesia and Vietnam using data from the NAMHS. It highlights heightened vulnerability to mental health problems among these populations and underscores the need for inclusive, evidence?based mental health services and policies that address the specific needs of sexual and gender diverse youth.
