This study explores teachers' experiences and perspectives on the implementation of Uganda's Competence-Based Curriculum (CBC). Through qualitative insights, the report identifies key strengths such as improved learner engagement and practical skill development, alongside persistent challenges involving limited instructional materials, inadequate teacher training, large class sizes, and misalignment between assessment expectations and classroom realities. The study emphasizes the critical role of teacher capacity, supportive school environments, and continuous professional development in ensuring the CBC achieves its intended learning outcomes.
