Abstract
This paper outlines the protocol for a cross-sectional, multi-country household survey designed to assess tobacco and nicotine product use among adolescents across Sub-Saharan Africa. The study describes sampling strategies, measurement tools, and ethical considerations for collecting representative data on emerging nicotine products. The protocol aims to generate robust evidence on prevalence, patterns, and determinants of adolescent nicotine consumption to inform regional policy and prevention strategies.
