Abstract
This study evaluated the impact of differentiated service delivery (DSD) models on the quality of life among people living with HIV in Uganda. Using a quasi-experimental design, the study compared patient outcomes across facility-based and community-based DSD models. Findings suggest that tailored service delivery particularly community drug distribution and fast-track refills significantly improved treatment satisfaction, reduced clinic burden, and enhanced psychosocial well-being. The study underscores the value of adaptive HIV service models in improving health-related quality of life in resource-limited settings.
