| dc.description.abstract | This paper highlights how inclusive care economies particularly through expanded access to affordable, quality childcare can unlock multidimensional benefits: pathways out of poverty, human capital development, enhanced gender equity, and increases in overall productivity and economic growth. Drawing on mixed-methods analysis and illustrative case studies, the authors compare care infrastructure across countries and propose practical recommendations for governments, private sector actors, and civil society at both national and sub-national levels. | |
