dc.description.abstractThis report is derived from the baseline findings of an evaluation of the feasibility and effectiveness of integrating an early childhood development (ECD) intervention into the health system in Siaya County, Kenya. The evaluation is being conducted by the African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC) and is concerned with improvements in mother/caregiver ECD knowledge, attitudes and practices (KAP), as well as child growth and developmental outcomes. Furthermore, the study also estimates the costs and investigates the cost-effectiveness of the intervention from the provider�s perspective
