This opinion piece examines the impact of recent USAID funding cuts on Kenya�s health sector, highlighting the risks posed to critical health programs such as HIV/AIDS, reproductive health, and health system strengthening. The author analyses the implications for service delivery, workforce capacity, and health outcomes, and calls for strategic domestic resource mobilization and stronger government commitment to safeguard gains made in public health.
