Supporting The Fight Against AMR In Africa Through Fund Management and Capacity Building

Abstract

This blog emphasizes the AMR crisis in Africa and APHRC's partnership with the Joint Programming Initiative on Antimicrobial Resistance (JPIAMR) to manage grants and build institutional and fund management capacity. It stresses the importance of a One Health approach, cross-sectoral networks, and institutional strengthening to enable African universities and research organizations to implement AMR interventions effectively and sustainably.
