Abstract

This quasi experimental study evaluated the effect of differentiated service delivery (DSD) models such as fast-track drug refill and facility-based groups on quality of life (QoL), loss to follow up, and mortality among 1,000 people living with HIV (PLHIV) over a ten-year cohort in Kampala, Uganda. Results show that DSD models are associated with modestly higher QoL, better viral suppression, lower mortality, and reduced LTFU compared to standard care.
